Jumbo Tiger Prawns
Jumbo Tiger Prawns
About this item
Big, glossy and sweet, these arrive with their heads and shells on, so the flesh inside stays plump and full of juice. The natural sweetness comes through whether you steam them for three minutes, char them on a barbecue or poach them gently in a fragrant broth. Their size makes them a genuine centrepiece, and there are enough in the pack to feed a table. Deveining takes a minute and pays for itself.
